5 Week Fitness Challenge

 

The 5 Week Fitness Challenge is a great way to get in shape for summer and for life!

Results are the main focus of the program and the trainers’ goal is to help each participate reach his or her fitness goals. This program is for everyone, no matter what their personal goals.  Weather you are looking to lose the first 10 pounds, the last 10 pounds, build your strength or endurance this program will help you. This is a big commitment for both the participants and the trainers.  Expectations are high and a 100% commitment to the program is required.

The cost will be $395 per person.

The program consists of the following:

1.  20 sessions over 5 weeks, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)

2.  Sessions are 45 minutes long and consist of strength training to shape and tone muscles and cardio to burn calories. 

3.  Participants MUST complete 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on their own at least 5 days a week in addition to the 20 training sessions.

4.  Measurements will be recorded (Weight, Circumference, body fat percentage, etc.) on the first day and again on the last day of the program.

5.  A personal meal plan, shopping list, recipes, and examples of good days.

Participants will work within small groups of four to five people at a specified time Monday through Thursday.

There are session times throughout the day starting as early as 5am and the last group starting at 7:30pm.  There will be a total of 8 groups and each group is limited to four to five people.  Babysitting is available during some of the time slots.
