The Sienna Plantation Residential Association, Inc. (SPRAI) is here for you.  We are located on site in Sienna on the corner of Sienna Parkway and Scanlan Trace at 3777 Sienna Parkway (Association Office hours are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m., Monday-Friday; closed Saturday & Sunday). 

Recreational and Communications departments are located at Club Sienna (10 a.m. - 7 p.m., Monday - Friday; 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday and noon - 4 p.m., Sunday).  Residents can contact all staff members through personal visits, telephone (281/778-0778) or e-mail.

Sienna Plantation is unique in that its residential association is managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response. SPRAI's primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing recreation opportunities.

Currently, association members meet once per year. The SPRAI has 10 very active committees, many of which meet regularly and all committees are always open for new homeowners to join them. Village representatives also have been elected to work closely with board and the management team.
