The Certificate of Compliance Inspection (COC) is a process whereby SPRAI inspects all homes within Sienna Plantation that are on the market to be sold.  The inspection focuses on issues of compliance within our deed restrictions and modification approvals.  The purpose of this inspection is to inform both the property seller and purchaser of any outstanding violation.  The associated fee is $100.

All residents that are selling their home must submit a COC Request Form.  The Form may be faxed to the SPRAI Compliance Department at 281-778-0779 or mailed/hand-delivered to 3777 Sienna Parkway, Missouri City, TX 77459.
