As a Fort Bend ISD teacher, Erika Silva has taught pre-K, Kindergarten and 1st grade. Nominated for FBISD "Rookie" and "Teacher of the Year," Ms. Silva has experience indeveloping programs for both teachers and students alike including "Teachers as Mentors" (for 4th graders) and the "New Teacher Program."  Prior to teaching, Erika worked for Pearland Parks and Recreation as the Special Events Coordinator, Recreation Center Supervisor and Recreation Specialist.
