The fitness classes at Brushy Lake are structured in 6-week block of classes. Residents will be able to purchase six weeks of classes in certain formats noted below. The minimum number of people to make a six week block is five students. If less than five people purchase six weeks worth of classes in a format, the class will be postponed to the next six week sign up time. Residents must register in advance for these classes. The drop in fee for any class is $5. Childcare is still provided with a babysitting card. Current session runs May 19 - June 29; the next session is June 30 - August 10. Mind/Body Format Classes: Mind/Body -- Classes include PiYo and/or Yoga techniques which balance mind, body and spirit while improving flexibility.
Mind/Body Option 1: Tues/Thurs, 8:15 a.m. $40 - NEW PRICING!

Strength/Conditioning Format Classes:
Our Strength & Conditioning package is designed with a well-rounded regiment incorporating resistance training, circuit training, and indoor cycling. Class size is limited. This package includes all three classes for a six-week period. Cost: $60
Monday - Spin & Circuit: 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of circuit training; 9:30 a.m. Wednesday -- Spin & Lift: 30 minutes of indoor cycling and 30 minutes of body sculpting; 9:30 a.m. Friday - Spin & Lift; 9:30 a.m.
Boot Camp Package
Friday -- "Anything Goes" class; 8:15 a.m. features a challenging workout that includes some cycling, kickboxing, weight training and team drills. A session for all fitness levels. Cost: $20
