Intense Weight Loss Program

 

The intense weight loss program is a great way to get in shape for summer and for life! This program is designed to jump start a participant’s exercise routine and help them achieve their weight loss goals safely. The program will run from July 28 through August 28. The intense weight loss program consists of the following:
    1. 20 sessions over 5 weeks, 4 days per week (Monday-Thursday)
    2. Sessions are 45 minutes long and consist of strength training to shape and tonemuscles and cardio to burn calories.
    3. Participants MUST complete 30 minutes of cardiovascular exercise on their own while they are at the fitness center for their training session (it can be before or after their scheduled session with the group).
    4. Measurements will be recorded (Weight, Circumference, body fat percentage etc.) on the first day and again on the last day of the program.
    5. Participants MUST journal their food and water intake every day for the complete 5 weeks - even weekends. Daily communication between a participant and a trainer is required through email concerning the meal plan.
  • Participants will work within a small group of four at a specified time Monday through Thursday. There will only be five small groups of four so space is limited. Sessions are offered at the following times:

    5:00 a.m. - 5:45a.m.

    5:45 a.m. - 6:30 a.m.

    10:00 a.m. - 10:45a.m. (babysitting is available at this time) 7:00 p.m. - 7:45p.m.

    7:45 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

    This is a big commitment for both the participants and the trainers; expectations are high and a 100% commitment is required. The cost of the program is $375 per person.
    There are several success stories from last year’s participants. Many participants continued working out and over this past year and their weight loss has ranged from 20-100 or more pounds. For many people, this is a complete change of lifestyle.
