SPRAI's Compliance and Maintenance departments have developed a series of calendar checklists to assist residents in maintaining and caring for their houses and surrounding landscape.  Each checklist is broken into three main seasonal categories and provides a monthly detail of "to do's." 

Late Winter/Early Spring:  January - March
Spring:  April - June
Fall:  September - November/December

Residents are encouraged to use these checklists as guidelines for home maintenance.  These checklists are not intended to be restrictive, nor inclusive of all maintenance areas. 

Landscape guidelines provided are based upon general information for the Central Southwest region and specific landscape issues should be referred to an arborist or master gardener. 

House maintenance checklists are intended to help residents comply with SPRAI's Community Standards.  For specific maintenance issues, landscape and plant guidelines, or other related compliance issues, residents should refer to the Community Standards.
