SPRAI's Compliance Department is responsible for assisting homeowners in understanding deed restrictions, their purpose and their enforcement in an effort to maintain property values in your neighborhoods. These restrictions exist for one reason - to assure our residents a high quality of life in a neighborhood that is consistent in appearance and quality, while allowing as much as possible, individual expression. SPRAI is a group of neighborhoods that exhibit an immense amount of pride in their community and respect for their neighbors.
"Helpful Notes" from Your Compliance Department
SPRAI has a few quick reminders for residents:
Please be sure to keep your bushes trimmed around your house number.
As bushes grow and obscure house numbers, it is difficult for the Sheriff deputies and emergency services to determine house numbers. In addition, be sure to clean up tree leaves and branches that may be lying in your yard.
Due to the cold, extremely wet weather, some houses may have an early crop of mold and algae on shaded parts of buildings. Be sure to keep houses free of mold by using a simple mixture of water and bleach.
As always, be sure to keep your dogs on a leash while walking; and please remember to "scoop the poop."
Garbage cans must be stored out of public view and can only be placed curbside after 6 p.m. the night before pickup.
Basketball goals are not allowed in the street, unless being used.
All basketball hoops must be stored in a driveway and must be kept in good condition.
Parking is not allowed on the streets, unless by a guest. Streets must be as clear as possible to allow for emergency vehicle traffic. |
