SPRAI Online Payment Options for 2012 Assessments


Online eCheck Payment(s):

As a first time user, click on:  First Time User and enter your account number (located on your assessment coupon).  You will be required to create a User Name, personal password and supply your e-mail address.  If you have already registered and forgot your Username or Password, follow the online prompts to retrieve your Username and/or Password.

One Time, Future Dated, or Recurring eCheck Payment(s)

Once you have logged into the ePayment system, simply click on “Make a one-time eCheck payment” or “Make a recurring or one time future dated eCheck payment.”  Enter the required information and your payment will be electronically withdrawn from your bank account and sent to our payment processing center.  Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for eCheck payments to process and credited to your account (although most are processed the next business day).   You will receive an e-mail confirming that your payment has processed.  This service is FREE and easy to use.  Click Here to use eCheck Payment Options.

Online Credit Card Payments - One Time

Residents can pay their assessments online using their own credit card. As a first time user, click on:  First Time User and enter your account number (located on your assessment coupon).  For example, if your account statement shows, 00515-6789, you only enter 5156789 - no lead zeros and no dashes. You will be required to create a User Name, personal password and supply your e-mail address.  Once you have created your account, simply click on "Make one-time Credit Card Payment."  Select Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.  Enter your Credit Card Number and amount of your payment and press submit.  You will incur a convenience fee of $25 to cover processing. (All convenience fees go to Revo Payments, not SPRAI).  Credit card payments are not accepted at the Association Office.  Please be aware that it can take up to 5 business days for Credit Card payments to process (although most are processed the next business day).   You will receive an e-mail confirming that your payment has processed.  Click Here to Pay Using a Credit Card.
