Recreation

The 12-acre Club Sienna recreation complex is entertainment central within Sienna Plantation, with the south's largest private water adventure park. Two hundred feet of twisting slides, three diving wells, a junior Olympic pool and a zero-entry playscape tempt residents young and old to spend the day at the pool. Club Sienna also includes a community center, a terraced amphitheater with a stage suspended over Water's Lake, a fishing pier, eight lighted tennis courts, and a playground with a sand volleyball court.

The Brushy Lake Recreation Area adds to the fun with a 6,000-square-foot fitness center with state-of-the-art weight room and two exercise classrooms and Sienna Jungle babysitting room. The area's new pool offers lap swimming and recreational swimming, with a diving well, children's play area with zero-beach entry. A third neighborhood pool serves the community, as do a multitude of neighborhood parks and nature reserves.

Camp Sienna is also open and features baseball and soccer fields -- home to Sienna Youth Baseball League and Eclipse Soccer -- and a concession area. The 1.2 mile walking trail and scenic overlook of the Brazos River, picnic pavilion and playground provide outdoor enjoyment for all.  The second phase of Camp Sienna is scheduled to begin in mid 2007 and will feature even more amenities.  In all, more than 2,000 of Sienna's 10,500 acres will be dedicated to park lands, golf courses, recreation areas, lakes and greenbelts.

Resident (Member) IDs Are a Must for (Sienna) Summer Fun

New Sienna residents need to stop by Club Sienna to pick up your member ID. This ID allows access to all of the Sienna community pools, Brushy Lake Fitness Center and Club Sienna. New residents must bring a photo ID and closing documents or a current utility bill (showing property address and name) to obtain their ID.  Residents who received a member ID and guest pass last year (and whose assessments are current), do not need to come by Club Sienna - all information has been automatically updated! If you have lost your Sienna ID, you can replace it for a nominal fee of $10 per card. Residents are encouraged to come early for ID’s and not to wait until May.
