At the SPRAI Board of Directors meeting on Wednesday, September 26, 2007, the Board ratified a revised set of Deed & Restriction Guidelines for Parked Vehicles.  Below is a brief summary of these revisions. 

• Vehicles may not be parked in the street, driveway, or alleyway for more than 48 consecutive hours at any given time.
• Vehicles may not be parked in a cul-de-sac in such a manner and under such conditions as to leave less than thirty feet (30’) for other vehicles to pull in and out of driveways or easily drive thru the cul-de-sac street.
• Vehicles may not be driven or parked on any unpaved areas within Sienna without prior approval.
