Committeesare a very important part of Sienna Plantation.  If you would like to volunteer on any of the committees listed below please contact the appropriate committee chair listed below or

Community Services Foundation Grant Advisory Committee
This committee reviews and recommends grants to the Board of Trustees of the SPCSF. The Foundation enhances services and resources to the community through the sponsorship of programs, activities and events in and around Sienna.

Finance Committee
Staff Liaison:  Steve Ginsburg,
The purpose of the committee is to provide expertise and recommendations to the Board on financial matters and in planning a program of asset management for SPRAI.  If a change in existing policies and procedures or development of new policies and procedures is necessary, the committee will then make appropriate recommendations for the suggested policy or procedure to the SPRAI board. 

Government Affairs Committee
Staff Liaison:  Sandy Denton,
The Texas Legislature as well as the Federal Government are consistently considering legislation which may impact how community association operate.  As a result, the SPRAI Board and General Manager have decided it would be beneficial to form a Government Affairs Committee (GOV).

Hearing Advisory Committee
Staff Liaison:  Jaime Villegas,
The Hearing Advisory Committee is responsible for holding hearings for members to determine if fines should be imposed for deed restriction violations or privileges for lack of assessment payment. 

Landscape Committee
Staff Liaison:  Jaime Villegas,  
The Landscape Committee provides information to the community about lawn care and plants.
-Hosts a Spring and Fall flower and mulch sale
-Hosts Master Gardener Guest Speakers
-Yard of the Month judging throughout the year  and Holiday Decorations judging in December

Modifications Sub-Committee
Staff Liaison:  Jaime Villegas,
The Modifications Sub-Committee meets to approve or disapprove modifications, additions or alterations made on or to the residences and other improvements on the lots.  They also develop guidelines for modifications, using the Builder Guidelines as a primary source, for recommendation to the Board of Directors. 

Recreation Advisory Committee
Staff Liaison:  Lisa Cox,
This new Committee is currently be formed.  The recently formed Recreation Advisory Committee will be involved in making recommendations on long term and strategic matters related to the use and operations of Sienna's recreational facilities. 

Special Events Task Force
Staff Liaison:  Cyndi Hernandez,
The purpose of the Special Events Task Force(s) is to bring the community together as a whole to provide exciting and fun entertainment throughout the year, including, but not limited to:
* Spring and Fall Concerts at the Amphitheatre
Fourth of July Extravaganza
* Spring and Fall Garage Sales
* Gingerbread Market and the Sienna Snowblast Celebration

Each of the Villages within Sienna have one or more Village Reps who are elected by the members.  The Village Rep's role is to:

*Provide communications to and from neighbors to SPRAI staff and the Board of Directors
* Upon request from the Developer, provide input on commercial ARC matters
