SPRAI has been advised that due to an issue with the manufacturing of the traffic arms and poles, installation of the traffic signals at Scanlan Trace and Waters Lake has been delayed.  It is anticipated that the lights will be operational by mid-September.  In the interim, Sienna/Johnson and the project contractor will provide full traffic control (uniformed officers) at these intersections during peak traffic hours (prior the start of the school day and around school dismissal times) beginning on Monday, August 23.  Traffic control will remain in effect until the lights are operational.  Residents are asked to please obey all traffic signs and to be watchful of pedestrians crossing the road at these intersections.
