The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

From Guidelines to Gardens

See Sienna’s landscaping standards come to life with our new sample landscape beds, designed to help homeowners visualize approved plant selections and design concepts. Each bed includes a QR code linking to plant inventories and additional information, and the same resources can be found on the Deed Restrictions page of the Sienna website .

For more details about the project and how these beds can help with your next landscape renovation, be sure to read the full article in this newsletter or by clicking HERE

Village Rep Positions

Village Representatives (VRs) are volunteer leaders who serve as a vital link between residents, Association staff, and the Boards of Directors, helping share information and provide community feedback. VRs are elected each fall to represent their villages for a two-year term. Newly elected VRs will begin serving on January 1, 2027. This year’s online election via Siennanet runs from October 6 through November 5, 2026, with results announced at the Annual Meeting on November 10, 2026.
