The Association is excited to announce that, for residents who already have the Sienna app on their phone, your Sienna Amenity Access Credential is “Live” and active for your use. This means that you can now use your smart phone to access the community pools, instead of your Sienna ID card. You haven’t downloaded the app yet or the Credential? It’s easy!

NOTE: A PROFILE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO SIENNA APP APPROVAL AND USE. PLEASE COMPLETE THE FORM BELOW SO WE CAN BUILD A PROFILE FOR YOU, ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE NEVER HAD A RESIDENT ID BEFORE.

The community’s website is the most comprehensive method of communication between the Association & residents.  The website provides all types of information to stay connected to the community. 

Sienna E-news is an electronic, biweekly email newsletter.  It showcases up-to-the-minute Association & community news through electronic e-blast or announcements focusing on a specific topic. 

Simply called Sienna – available for iPhones or Android phones or click Sienna App above for the desktop version. It provides information on life in Sienna and has also taken the place of resident cards when accessing amenities.

LED Marquees

Located at the intersections of Sienna Parkway and Steep Bank Trace, Sienna Ranch Road and Sienna Springs Blvd., Sienna Parkway and Waters Lake Blvd.

Communication

The Association recognizes that communication is an essential element of a positive relationship with Sienna residents.  To that end, there are a number of methods provided to ‘get the word out’ and to ensure consistent, clear communication between the residents and the Association.

Community Events and Programs

Annually, the Special Events team develops a calendar full of fun, educational, and diverse events and programming that can be enjoyed by all Sienna residents. Many events are free of charge, while some do require a nominal registration fee. A sampling of typical events include:

  • Snow Blast
  • Spring Fling/Family Event
  • Teen and Active Adult Events
  • Spring and Fall Concerts
  • Road Trips (Nutcracker, San Marcos, Wineries, etc.)
