The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.
Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.
The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.
The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.
EZEE FIBER
Ezee Fiber, an independent provider, is currently working within the Sienna community. Per law, workers have access to, and the right to place equipment in utility easements. For concerns or issues related to work, residents should contact Ezee Fiber at: 346-644-3788 or by email at Construction@ezeefiber.com. As with any utility-based work, the Association is not responsible for or involved in this work.

Spring Landscape & Garden Event
The Association is excited to host our annual Community Landscape Seminar on Saturday, February 21, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m. This year our topic is The Power of Pollinators. This educational and family-friendly event celebrates the vital role pollinators play in our environment. To help educate the community about pollinators—such as butterflies, hummingbirds, and bees—we’ve invited three outstanding speakers to share their expertise:
- 9 a.m.: Damon Mathus, Monarch Butterfly Enthusiast
- 10 a.m.: Mary Parkhouse, Pollinators & Butterfly Gardening
- 11 a.m.: Nancy Schafer, Native Bees
The Association is dedicated to creating a community that attracts and supports butterflies, bees, and hummingbirds, providing them with places to rest and refuel along their journeys. Attendees will learn how their own landscapes can become monarch butterfly way stations and help these incredible creatures thrive right here in Sienna.
In addition to informative presentations, guests can enjoy plant sales, refreshments, and a fun activity table for kids where they can plant their own milkweed or wildflower seeds to take home. There is no fee for this seminar, but we do request that residents register; click here to register . Join us for a morning of learning, inspiration, and springtime celebration!
