The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake, Sienna Oaks and Summerlake House.

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

Courtesy Notifications Going Digital

Beginning January, the Community Standards department will begin sending courtesy notifications via email rather than through physical mail. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce costs and operate more efficiently — while also honoring feedback from residents who have shared a strong preference for electronic communication. To ensure you receive these notifications without delay, we encourage all residents to log into their Smartwebs resident portal and verify that your current email address is on file. Keeping your contact information up to date helps us stay connected and deliver important community information in the most timely and convenient way.  If no email is listed in your Smartwebs profile, you will continue to receive courtesy notifications by mail.  We appreciate your support as we move toward a more sustainable and streamlined communication process. If you have any questions or need help accessing the Smartwebs portal, please contact the Association office for assistance.

Owner Input Process:

Any Owner may address the Board once during Owner Input Time. In order notify the Association of a request to address the Board during a virtual meeting, Owners must send an email message to the SRA Board at sraboard@clubsienna.com no later than 8 a.m., Tuesday, February 3, or use the  Member Input Time Request Form to save an email step. Your email request to address the Board must include name, address, phone number and topic of discussion. You may also include your comments related to the topic in the email or you will be provided the opportunity to state their input verbally.

If you prefer, the Association General Manager or Board President may read the Owner’s emailed comments verbatim.

Owners wishing to speak directly to the Board, should use the “Chat” or Q&A feature of the Zoom meeting and when your name is announced to speak, you should unmute your speaker, state your name and property address, and then state your question or comment. Each Owner will be provided approximately 3 minutes to speak. Depending on the number of Owners wishing to speak, the Board President may adjust the time allotted for each Owner. An Owner may not yield his/her allotted time to any other person. The Board and/or Association Management will address this input either directly or during meeting presentations.
