The Sienna Associations (also known as the Association) include the  Sienna Residential Association (SRA), for the original seven villages (Anderson Springs, Avalon, Bees Creek, Shipman’s Landing, Steep Bank East, Steep Bank West and Waters Lake) – and the  Sienna Community Association (SCA) for villages of Sawmill Lake and Sienna Oaks – and lastly the  Sienna Townhome Association (STHA).

Sienna is unique in that its residential Associations are managed on-site, something not every community can boast.

The benefits of on-site management are many . . . prompt response to questions, firsthand awareness of community issues, closer interaction with service providers and more availability for inspections, to name a few. On-site management allows staff and residents to develop a real trust, with greater residential involvement and staff response.

The Associations’ primary responsibilities include protecting and enhancing property values, maintaining common areas, enforcing deed restrictions, and providing lifestyle opportunities.

STHA Board Meeting
Member Input Time 9 – 9:30 a.m.
Owner Input Process (per association policy):

1. Any owner may address the Board once during Owner Input Time. In order to notify the Association of a request to address the Board during a virtual meeting, Owners must send an email message to the STHA Board at sthaboard@clubsienna.com no later than 8 a.m., Thursday, April 25. Your email request to address the Board must include name, property address, phone number and topic of discussion. You may also include comments related to the email or you will be provided the opportunity to state your input verbally. If you prefer, the Association General Manager or Board President may read the Owner’s emailed comments verbatim.

2. Owners wishing to speak directly to the Board should use the “Chat” or Q&A feature of the Zoom meeting and when your name is announced to speak, you should unmute your speaker, state your name and property address, and then state your question or comment. Each Owner will be provided approximately 3 minutes to speak. Depending on the number of Owners wishing to speak, the Board President may adjust the time allotted for each Owner. An Owner may not yield his/her allotted time to any other person. The Board and/or Association Management team will address this input either directly or during meeting presentations. The meeting agenda is attached to this E-Blast.
