Beginning January, the Community Standards department will begin sending courtesy notifications via email rather than through physical mail. This change is part of our ongoing efforts to reduce costs and operate more efficiently — while also honoring feedback from residents who have shared a strong preference for electronic communication. To ensure you receive these notifications without delay, we encourage all residents to log into their Smartwebs resident portal and verify that your current email address is on file.
Keeping your contact information up to date helps us stay connected and deliver important community information in the most timely and convenient way. If no email is listed in your Smartwebs profile, you will continue to receive courtesy notifications by mail. We appreciate your support as we move toward a more sustainable and streamlined communication process. If you have any questions or need help accessing the Smartwebs portal, please contact the Association office for assistance.
Helpful Irrigation Tips for Our Area
Keeping a healthy lawn in Houston doesn’t have to mean wasting water. With a few seasonal adjustments, you can save money, conserve water, and keep your yard thriving. Smart watering protects your landscape, conserves resources, and helps our community stay green.
Spring (Mar–May): Water 2–3x per week, about 1″ total. Set spray zones to 10 min, rotor zones 30 min, rotary nozzles 25 min. Water early mornings. Summer (Jun–Aug): Increase to 3x per week (1–1.5″). Always water before sunrise. Fall (Sep–Nov): Scale back to 1–2x per week, about 1″. Turn off sprinklers after heavy rain. Winter (Dec–Feb): Lawns are dormant. Water only if dry (every 2 weeks max). Shut off and drain systems in freezing weather.
Sienna Luke – Working Smarter for You!
Effective February 1, residents should begin using the Sienna Luke to report maintenance and deed restriction issues to the Association Operations team. This change means that the Association will no longer use the Report It app to follow up on or track maintenance requests/notices or deed restrictions issues.
This new user-friendly tool is App based and is available for download from the Apple App Store (ios/iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) (there is no fee to use the app). This new tool makes it easier for residents to report maintenance or deed restriction issues, and, on the administrative side, it streamlines tracking of items, work orders, and task management, making repairs and inspections more efficient.
meet sophia – Our new ai assistant
We’re excited to introduce, Sophia, our AI Assistant who ‘resides’ on Siennanet! Sophia provides instant help to residents 24/7. Residents can interact with Sophia to ask any Association and community related questions that you may have, and there is no app or software required to download.
online tools – stay connected
The Association has several online tools available for residents to stay connected with the Association and/or to submit information to staff. Theses tools will help make life in Sienna even better,
our’ sienna sgt’s suggestions
While patrolling in Sienna and investigating crimes, I am often asked: “How can I help make my community safer?”, “How can I help the police solve crimes?”, “What should I do if I have evidence of a crime?”.
When repairing or replacing fencing there are several important items to keep in mind. The Association encourages you to reach out to your neighbors before working on shared or “good neighbor” fencing (alternating panels).
Another important step is to make sure that your fence is not Association owned “Community Fencing”. Some brick, iron, and wood fences, primarily located along common areas or major boulevards, belong to the Association. Please contact the Association office for specific locations of community fencing or email operations@clubsienna.com to verify if you share Association fencing. You can also review the Community Fencing Guidelines on siennaet.com in the Resource Library.
exterior modifications
To preserve the high aesthetic value that the Sienna community is known for, property owners need to submit a Modification Application for the Modifications Sub-Committee/MSC (comprised of resident volunteers) for review and approval prior to starting work on any exterior improvements. This process is not in place to burden or cause stress to any owner, but rather it allows the Association to ensure that approved guidelines are followed, to keep records of work done to properties, as well as help maintain Sienna’s property values.
