We want you to help us make a splash!
Sienna Associations is assembling a task force of Sienna residents to provide feedback on the Association’s pool schedule. The goal is to present a schedule that creates the most access to utilize aquatic facilities in our community EVER! Task force members will learn about the many factors that go into the development of the pool schedule (including contractual obligations, maintenance, staffing, swim teams, programming, reserve projects, federal, state and county codes and statutes, budget/cost, etc.). The task force, lead by the Sienna Parks & Recreation Department, will provide opportunities for members to share personal feedback and observations about pool access and hours for inclusion in the pool schedule evaluation. The recommendations developed from this task force will be presented to the Association Boards in February 2026.
- Membership on the task force is restricted to members (homeowners) of Sienna Associations (SCA/SRA).
- Membership is restricted to members who are not in arrears on assessments or other fees to the Association.
- Spouses or adults living in the same residence cannot serve on the task force.
- Task force members must be available to attend all three meetings.
- A maximum of 9 residents will serve on the task force. Task force members will be appointed by the Boards.
- Consideration of appointments will be based on a goal of having at least 1 representative from each Association Village.

Only complete, emailed or online applications will be accepted. Applications mailed or dropped off at Association facilities will not be accepted or considered.
KEY DATES & TIMES!
- Applications are due on Friday, November 14 th at 12pm.
- All meetings will be held at the Sawmill Lake Club, from 5pm until 630pm.
- Meeting dates: November 20, 2025, December 18, 2026 and January 8, 2026.
